The AHE Auto Max Drill 4000 is a high-performance borehole drilling rig with a pull-up force of 42,200 kg, capable of drilling holes with a diameter ranging from 6.5 inches to 24 inches and depths of up to 1,350 meters. It is built for applications such as dewatering holes, monitoring holes in mines, and cathodic protection. The rig utilizes both DTH and rotary drilling methods and is powered by a separate deck engine of 430 HP. With a robust twin tubular box-type mast and hydraulic cylinders for raising and lowering, it ensures efficient operations. The hydraulic tank has a capacity of 950 liters. The rig features a swing-out centralized control panel for easy monitoring, a 5-ton swing-type wind on the mast for handling heavy accessories, and hydraulic-driven semi-brushless welding for casing pipes. Additional features include an inline lubricator for oil injection, a hydraulic-operated PRV 250 mud pump, and optional attachments like fuel monitoring, drill efficiency indicator, hydraulic system status, and power breakout system. It is adaptable for all water well rig models.
